My wife and I both shaved our heads last year for the "Shave for a Cure" Leukemia appeal. My wife raised over $1000 - but I couldn't raise more than about $20. Seems nobody wants to pay to see an already balding man shave!
BTW: Afterwards, my wife hated it! She has vowed to never shave her head again. It was pretty funny though - she received a Masters degree a week after the shave - all her graduation photos have a bald woman in them!

I once shaved my head. It was scary. I looked like Roy Keane when he shaves his head.
I didn't do it for charity. It's just a gay thing. Does that make Blue gay? I knew it all along ...
Also I may be mistaken, but didn't Freud say that shaving your head was a symbolic self-castration? Just thought you needed to know.

Damn, now you like like Spud!
A friend of mine had huge, long, thick, fat hair down past her butt. She cut it short for the same cause.

With a title line that, it should've been a mashup of porn clips and Depeche Mode.

The Music Man. All the girls need to have their hair tied and put up in an extravagant mass, and mine can't even be pulled back yet. But then I get to chop it all off again in late March

well, you know...you don't have to 'chop' it all off again...I mean...it's not law or anything.
