True. Iggy always said it best. It's for dilitantes and heartless manipulators.

It's too painful to actually read through this whole thread, so some of these may be repeats. But here goes:

-Anything by Don Henley. *anything*
-Anything by Nickelback.
-Bryan Adams. Except, in certain situations, 'I Need Somebody' is almost tolerable. And by that, I mean I don't actively want to track him down and rend his head from his shoulders when I hear it. Maybe just punch him in the nuts.
-Anything from U2 that isn't 'Sunday Bloody Sunday'. Bono should be butchered and fed to the starvin' children.
-Eric fucking Clapton. God, how I loathe this man.
-The Rolling Stones "Rain Fell Down". Congrats, guys. You now officially suck. It's been a long time coming. Somehow, you managed to stave off suckdom for over 40 years. You swerved dangerously close to it many times, but miraculously managed to land on your feet. (don't confuse this with Jagger's solo shit from the 80s, that was 100% suck) I thought 'Harlem Shuffle' sucked, but this really out-sucks that by orders of magnitude.
-Modest Mouse.

I put the last one in there purely as flame-bait. And it will probably work, too

i'm really starting to hate in computer based music, techno, industrial, etc... etc...
and of course bubblegum pop in general is pretty annoying... that emocore shit that's been all over the radio lately except for fall out boys which in my opinion are alright...

otep video came on tonight which was truely horrendous... and i almost applauded when it went off for the fact i wouldn't have to endure it any longer...

his avatar suggests that he is constantly sitting on a sofa and unable to get up. maybe the remote was too far to reach without compromising the trueness of his icon.

So what does my avatar say about me?

I hate this thread. I like Otep, dammit. And I've met Aerosmith. I've covered a Don Henley song recently. And I grew up listening to Queensryche. My record collection is HATE. (Except I wouldn't be caught dead listening to A Simple Plan. Damn bubblegum punk bitches!)

I like Queensryche too. And my avatar suggests I am a castle in Bavaria, half-built by a crazy man.
