Jesus, I had a dream last night where I was at some songfight gathering with another songfighter or two (was like a combination between Tonetripper and Johnsonic) and Jack Shite was there too. Jack had a hood covering most of his face (I think that's the only pic I've ever seen, thats why) but we knew it was him. I don't know how the hell this dream came upon me but we were all sitting in like a high school classroom in those plastic/metal school desk chairs, and something was going on that we were watching and laughing.
I think Hoblit was there too, but the whole dream was just so weird and made no sense.
anyway...

Was it a "Western dream?" I.e. did you "wake up shootin'?"

Just asking.

Last night I had a whole bunch of dreams. The first one was a really scary dream that I was in some horrible horror movie which was a cheap knockoff of Child's Play, only it was with a Teddy Ruxpin-like teddy bear which started out kinda playful and cheery but was very soon trying to kill me and refusing to stay locked inside fire safes and so on.

The second one was a dream that on Halloween, my brand-new Kenwood car stereo came to life and tried to strangle me. (This is why in real life I don't buy Kenwood!)

The third one was a sequel to the first one; the manufacturer of the evil psychotic killer bear robot toy totally misunderstood me wanting to get rid of the toy (their Kafka-esque customer support line thought that I wanted the bear but I only objected to it being marketed towards children when it was CLEARLY a survival-training product for adults) and gave me ANOTHER ONE only this one had a warning on the box saying "not suitable for children" and "if you have any problems with this product, send an SMS to 911." And of course 911 didn't believe me blah blah blah. I may have died.

The fourth one was that I was driving down the highway and suddenly saw a bunch of smoke and smelt burning rubber from the back-left side of my car. Thinking it was a flat tire I pulled over, but it turned out it was just that one of the many rubber tubes that I had in back fell out and fused the tire to the road. While trying to get everything separated and sorted out the highway patrol came by and wanted to make sure I was a legal licensed driver Then some girl volunteered to help me, and this involved going to my parents' house and going through every single possession I ever had.

Then I went to an ice cream shop. They had four kinds of home-made ice cream: vanilla, chocolate chip, one called "copperplate" (after the name of the shop), and cranberry. I asked what was in "copperplate" and nobody knew except the owner, who gave me a sample, served on a stick of piñion branch, which I'm allergic to. The ice cream was good and had cranberries, walnuts, chocolate chunks, and crisped rice, though it sucked up a lot of the piñion pollen and my lips swelled up, but I decided I wanted the ice cream anyway. Suddenly a big surge of people came in and got in line, and I had to go to the end of the line, and while there I saw that a scoop of Copperplate on a chocolate chip cookie would have cost $60. But the line was moving so SLOWLY, and I didn't want to go home and deal with my homicidal car stereo or evil mechanical teddy bears, and I was finally getting to the counter again anyway and----

my alarm went off.

A few nights ago I dreamt of a test. It was just me sitting in a classroom taking a test. Nothing strange at all.

And then I got a 94 on the test I took the next day, the highest in the class. Coincidence? I think not.

(I have boring dreams :()

They'll be less boring if you down half a bottle of Robitussin DM, a few Benadryls, and several 12-hour Sudafeds.

Or, judging by last night's, eating at Denny's two hours before going to bed.

Also, does there exist a SongFight! bumper sticker? I got a new car and would like to decorate it properly.

at the austin show, i was given free "songfight!" and "ken!" guitar case stickers. i imagine they would work equally well when applied to vehicles.

for the sf! one, if memory serves, jb was the source, i believe.

I was thinking it may have been Adjuster that had sweet Songfight stickers, but maybe JB did too.

I could put up a bumper sticker if there is a call for it.

I am thinking that this might do the trick, though: http://www.supportourribbons.com/maker_ ... p?id=16058

And JB has the official vinyl stickers.
