Well, it's the first Woody Allen that hasn't sucked since...(thinking)...let's say Bullets Over Broadway, but I'm a little hazy on if I liked that or not, so probably Alice. So, that's something. I have actually seen this twice now (once for myself and once for work), and the second time, I was bored. It's slow, and the buildup is incredibly protracted. But it's rewarding, I think, if a bit reminiscent of (roll over for spoiler)Fatal Attraction. But the acting is first rate, and I think the dialogue has a crackle missing from his work for awhile. B
