may i suggest "powder," "navy," and "baby" as the next color choices? ;)

or.. russet, sweet, and fingerling. that'd be even more obtuse.

hmm.. blackwatch, abbotsford, and veere?

I agree that the website could look better. Aside from the aforementioned animal skin problems, I've always felt that things looked kind of crammed together. Just my two cents.

Under complaints and suggestions it says something to the effect of "ideas that will solve Song Fight's problems". After witnessing this response I suppose suggestions are not as welcome as I would have liked to believe. Song Fight is a growing community and I was merely commenting that the first impression of site isn't as great as it could be.

And Fluffy, surely 12 years of web design would result in more than the ability to produce semi translucent tables with wild-haired animals resting upon them?

Just because you know how to do something extravagant doesn't mean you have to do it.

Furthermore, we are not criticizing you for having an opinion concerning the site design (as evidenced by the resounding agreement you may have overlooked). We are criticizing you for being immature.

suggestions are welcome. YOUR suggestion, that of turning the front page into, as Fluffy correclty pointed out, My First Clean Blog Template, sucked shit. your whining like a fucking baby about it sucks even more.

cut your losses and STFU while you still can.

I dare you to find a single tabl e on that page. Or anywhere on my site, aside from a couple places where I"m actually displaying a table (aside from phpBB but that doesn't count since I'm not responsible for that complete piece of shit). And try to find where I'm using images to convey rounded corners. Know what the hell you're talking about before you try to tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Also, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. Should all pages be the pinnacle of every HTML/DHTML/AJAX technology? I want to convey information in an attractive manner which doesn't get in the way of actually finding things. I've written AJAX and DHTML apps, for work. There is a time and a place for them. It's more important to know when NOT to use a tool.

Good, they're kinda stupid. Go back to normal colors.

Or, better yet, one fight.

At least I can associate this bashing to something positive, the end of the animal stripes.

Wow, this board seems to have seen it's total fucking asshole population up by nearly 50% since I left. Seriously, he suggests a new web design, basically saying "something cleaner, like this," any everyone jumps all over his balls.

And stop using the word "noob," as a derogatory term, it's not fucking cool. I'm not sure if people think they kick ass for randomly bashing noobs, seriously, I'm all for bashing anyone if they deserve it, but if Melvin made this thread you all would have bitten his dick off by now for this idea.

Yeah, we pretty much measure time around here based on when you left.

Seriously though, it's your turn now. Who the hell are you?

Lego Eggos also suck. I woke up this morning opening a new box of them only to find that they don't stack and they taste like fucking cardboad. Way to start off the week.

DJ Big Dick, I've submitted 3 songs like 2 months ago, I think. I'm rather popular, and quite surprised you've never heard of me.
