I think these probably sound harsher than intended
Chin Music: Bluesy-Nice clear recording-not a very compelling melody-Kind of amusing lyrics
SpOOns: Hard to make out the lyrics-needs something to step it up musically, every verse sounds the same.
ELO: The snare whacks come out of nowhere, they seem out of place to me. Nice laid-back feel to this. Other than not being together once in a while I think that the singing is fine. Nice melody.
G. Williker: Straight ahead rock song. competent but ordinary. Melody isn’t particularly catchy. I listened to these songs four times and I can’t remember how this one went. It needs a hook. I also think you need to evolve the music a little bit, chord changes, changes in instrumentation.

Good question. probably not overall, although there are lots of things I like about it. This means that you'll probably have to put up with more of this type of crap until I get it rightsdurand wrote: Are you getting the effect that you’re after when you conceive this? I get the feeling that you have a lot of ideas that maybe aren’t quite getting expressed.
