Td=8(Nw + 10/Nt),
where Td = delay time in hours, Nw = Number of whiny posts of offender, and Nt = total posts of offender.

I just noticed the use of C, L, & Z, does this mean we'll be returning to the 70's fashion prints?

I hope # are gonna celebrate their fifth anniversary with a song this week. I also hope # are gonna tell us which fight it will be in advance so that we can clear the path to another victory, so to speak ....

I say all "In the Van" entries should mimic the # style. Consider it a Octothorpe 5th Anniversary Optional Challenge. Ooh, that has a nice ring to it.
