(More sites, both comical and serious, on ytmnd.com.)

Is it the launch of a worldwide virus attack? Is it the end of the world? Is it another ilovebees.com (viral marketing campaign site for Halo 2)? Find out tonight at midnight EST.

Also on the ARG front, Studio Cypher has a new game starting up this week.

But I may be biased.

***Spoilers?***

Well, that was interesting.

I take issue with the creator's observations though. He says:

"We were amazed to discover that the site was instantly linked with terrorism, simply for the fact that it seems mysterious. Evil was the number one first impression people had of the site, in spite of the fact that there are no threats on the site. The only thing Eon 8 says is "We don't want you here". Nothing else."

What Eon8 actually said to its visitors was, "We don't want you here. Furthermore, we know where you came from, and have documented this information, and we want you to know it." I think this was significant in shaping the public opinion of Eon8, and I think it's inaccurate to portray Eon8.com as having been entirely neutral.
