My own little project
So I'm back from my trip, and I've been missing my music, so I decided I'd go back to one of my old projects. The whole idea, originally was to make a really quick, rushed joke cd, and not really care what it sounded like in the end ... the first cd turned out like a huge mess, which is understandable since I had no recording experience at all when I started it, and I completed about 13 songs in one day. The second one took two hours, and the whole cd is just one big looped song with a few changes throughout. The third took more time, but the songs had some variety, but still no tune. Now, a year later, I've decided to step up and make a cd where I remix my old songs that were decent, remaster ones I don't want to waste time on, and completely rerecord songs that I feel have some potential. In the end, I'm going to have a big mess of some good, and some bad, but the whole deal will be fun. I have very little time to do vocals though, since I'm getting my wisdom teeth out in 2 days. I probably won't have much time to be on here either, so I'll update you all at the end of the project!
I started one of these at about 7, and I'm trying to convert this version (old) into this version (new, but no vocals yet)
Wish me luck!

Re: My own little project
After reading this post and I had an epiphany. I wanted to try a half ass project. For this project I will at random select a single post and at my discretion, replace key words with another single word. For this experiment, I have selected the following post and the replacement word I will use is .....ENIMA.
Well that was fun.jolly roger wrote:So I'm back from my ENIMA, and I've been missing my ENIMAS, so I decided I'd go back to one of my old ENIMAS. So since I started this thread, I figured I might as well tell you how the project ended. I did most of it in one day, and I'm satisfied with a few songs. I'll post the ones I don't absolutely hate.
These songs still have hammerhead - they are just music added to the originals, but I think that it adds a lot to the song.
Intro Song
Prospector Song
Outro Song
These songs are completely redone. I thought it would be fun to do an old time metal style version with the high falsetto vocals and terribly done low vocals. I like old time Tourniquet and stuff like that so I always wanted to do a joke version of something like that. Here's two of the new ones.
Jungle
Angry Song
Like 'em or hate 'em, that's what I did.
