Okay, I sent the file to JB. Hopefully he will be able to get it up soon. Please continue to send me your songs and if something is wrong on the coverfight page, let me know.

Good work all!

Ken

PS. I haven't listened to any of these. I even stopped opening PMs to avoid temptation.

I need some help. For whatever reason I can't get my song uploaded to my site. Depending on how quick JB gets the coverfight site working, is anyone willing to host my song until I can get the issue with my site figured out?

Wow you guys, what a great community.

I sent the file to Plat since he was the first responder by milliseconds and we'll see if he has any issues with it.

EDIT: And I had a third offer from LMNOP. I'm blown away by the quick response team on this.

Again to all of you guys, thanks a lot. It means a lot that folks will come to your rescue so quickly around here.

To my recipient, be prepared for something vastly different than what you did.

To the rest of you, be prepared to get your ass whupped.

I just listened to my entry to this again - and I don't care what the original writer of the song thinks about my (slight) re-arrangement - as far as I am concerned, that is now one of the fricking coolest songs ever!

So, any reason not to post the links in this forum while we wait for the official cover fight page to be updated?

Yes yes I am slow. When I write my memoirs, this month and the last will not be remembered kindly. That is by way of explaining without truly saying anything.

By the way, anybody who knows PHP who would like to do a little troubleshooting, give me a PM. It will help get the coverfight up faster.

BTW - no criticism intended in this question. I update some pages and know how time can be limiting and priorities have to be sorted. Just excited to hear the songs and reactions.

Hey, no disrespect intended towards jb or Ken who are exceedingly awesome for putting this whole thing together but I will take Jim up on his offer as I am dying to share this beast with the rest of the world. Fastly becoming my favorite WreckdoM cover, here is our version of Ken's Space Cadet, hopes you enjoys it:

I guess symmetry kinda sorta demands that this link gets posted now, huh? So, you wacky guys in WreckdoM, enjoy the Primitive Screwheads' version of your song, Not Exactly Normal.
