Austin songfighters click here!

Post by PipeFist »

Hey dudes, I just moved to Austin about 6 months ago, and I just realized that there are songfighters living here. So I just wanted to find out who did and get some networking going!

Songfight did a big Austin show a little ways back, so there definitely may be some songfighters in the area.

A quick memberlist check places super artist Bortwein and renegade music monstrosity WreckdoM in the area.

Elsewhere in Texas, you'll find Mr. Lostman, Stephen Bellinski, Leichty, and The Sober Irishman. Hope that helps.

Hey PipeFist! Hey WesDavis!
We are from Austin! Lemme know if you wanna come over and crash WreckdoM sometime. Also, if you go to a Rubber Robot show you'll meet King Colon and myself and see us perform something quite different than WreckdoM. and I'll buy a beer.

I believe 15-16 Puzzle is here as well?
I think there may be one or two more we haven't mentioned.

Awesome. Also, Pipefist and I are one and the same. Well, Pipefist had another member, but we are no longer. Anyway, I will come see you play sometime. I look forward to it!

Yes, that's me! Lots of WreckdoM songs have the Theremin in it, in fact, before King Colon joined, the Theremin was the only real instrument we had. Everything else was just samples, Fruity Loops, and the Rhythmless Genius of Richard WreckdoM.
If you have even a mild interest in the Theremin PLEASE come see us play. In fact this Sunday we play Emo's. Eleven O'Clock. Be there, and yes:

But I'll buy YOU a beer too. I didn't mean we'd just share a beer. That'd be weird.

I'll be there, if I'm back in town in time. Tell you what, you come to my show this Friday at Clementine Coffee Bar, and I'll buy you a drink, in exchange for my dedicated effort to come see you at Emo's. What's the charge to get in there Sunday?
