MIDI Patchbay

Post by HeuristicsInc »

So far I've been unhooking and rehooking MIDI cables when I needed to send messages differently, but I have an offer from M to get me something better for my birthday... so I was wondering if anyone has suggestions. Starfinger has one, but it's discontinued and I'd like to get something that's newer. I think 8 ins/8 outs is probably enough, but that's not set in stone.
Thanks for any suggestions...

I don't need it to be a MIDI interface to my computer, since my Audiophile already does that - so it looks like the MOTU one that I saw does more than I need/want (I'd just use a MIDI cable to the patchbay). Other ideas?

For some perspective, here's the thing of mine that he's referring to:

I can't find anything like this still being produced.
