also, I created this page in the sidefight archive:
http://www.songfight.org/boardfight.php ... talrequest

due to the numerous late entries, which I have not had a chance to digest as yet, please post you name, your coveree, and a link here if you find that you are not on the page, or if your link is currently broken.

Thanks,

SPUD

also... if anyone wants to do a graphic for the archive, feel free to post a link.

I'm there, but my name in both entries is missing the second 's' in Heuristics.
Thanks Spud!

But wait, there's more!

Dan-O from Five-O (covering Jim Tyrrell's I Don't Want to be Your Friend):
http://noise.dillfrog.com/audio/conveni ... dwtbyf.mp3

Lunkhead (covering Theophilus Monk's Stairway to the Moon):
http://people.geneticmail.com/sam/lunkh ... hemoon.mp3

Jacob Lynn (covering Those Meddling Kids' Too Far Away):
http://homepages.nyu.edu/~jwl286/jacoblynn_tmk_tfa.mp3

Furry Pedro (covering eclectic sp00ns' All Tan):
http://www.lightningmp3.com/live/file.php?fid=5523

Andre Was Here At Midnight (covering John Benjamin Band's My Sister):
http://fvs.blaststream.com/testapp/shar ... _cover.mp3

Oh, and the link to the WreckdoM song doesn't work.

BTW, did we officially give up on reviewing and voting on this? If not, I have updated that coverfight table, fixing and updating links and so forth. If it's of any use to you, you can get it HERE.

All the links appear to be valid except for eclectic sp00ns. Hey sp00n, can we possibly get an updated link?

I don't think we gave up, I thought we were just waiting on late entries.

Do'h! Sorry. Uh, I guess we have limited space issues or something, is there anyone willing to post it I can email the mp3 to?

Geoff, there's nothing wrong with your server. I think that when the link was originally posted (and then copied and pasted repeatedly), there was an 'http' prefix missing, so it was used as a relative pathname, like so:

http://www.songfight.net/coverfight/www ... 0Cadet.mp3

That's the link that's faulty. The correct link is:

http://www.rubberrobot.net/wreckdom/Wre ... 0Cadet.mp3
