He's Captain S!

Post by GlennCase »

<a href="http://www.myspace.com/shaelrileytheband">Shael Riley</a> asked me if I would like to create the theme song to a cool project he is involved with called "Captain S", and after hearing the concept of the show I said <a href="http://www.glenncase.com/capn/gc-Captai ... "Sure!"</a>

<a href="http://pbc-productions.com/CaptainS/Main.html"><img src="http://www.glenncase.com/capn/captainS.jpg"></a>

If you're a fan of videogames and T.V. shows like "Saved By the Bell" from the Sega Genesis era, then I highly recommend checking this show out.

I'll be watching the episodes right along with the rest of you. I enjoyed <a href="http://pbc-productions.com/CaptainS/Episodes.html">the first episode</a> when I watched it today.

So, what are you waiting for?

What the hell? Who doesn't stand behind the first boss in Altered Beast? Some gaming champion. He better step it up in Episode 2.

A parody of Captain N (which apparently NO ONE remembers, I keep asking people)? Awesome!

I remember it too. I wasn't sure if this was a parody or not though.

(I haven't watched yet.)

I loved Captain N. Too bad Sega SUCKS compared to NES.
From spoken word to actual singing, I can screw up any style with style. :D

They've done it. PBC productions may be low budget, but they pretty much pulled out all the stops for Episode 6 of Captain S. My own music sent chills through me as I watched the final scene.

If you can possibly get 15 minutes to watch the newest episode, I would love to hear what you think.

<a href="http://www.pbc-productions.com/CaptainS ... es.html</a>

The final mix of the confrontation music through the song that plays over the credits can be found here:

ROCK!

But that's what Quicktime wants. Quicktime is gay.

The new episode should be on <a href="http://www.screwattack.com/">Screwattack</a> by tomorrow via <a href="http://one.revver.com/revver">Revver</a>, if this is your way of saying that you were going to check it out.

(I'm not exactly a fan of quicktime myself, but I started using <a href="http://www.videolan.org/vlc/">VLC</a> to play downloaded .mov files)

ROCK!

Huh, coincidence. I don't watch Captain S, but I love the Angry Video Game Nerd.

I like AVGN a lot too. I started recording a cover of the theme song, but I haven't finished it yet.

No time like the present to start checking Captain S out, though. Episode 6 is by far the most solid episode yet, and Episode 7 is shaping up to be pretty good too. It will be online on Friday.

ROCK!

I see they finally put your music up for download! "Conflict Approaches" is double awesome.

I eagerly await the season finale!
