Bolded names in the music archive

Post by WesDavis »

So I've always wondered this, and perhaps light has been shed here before, but what do the bold names indicate on the archives? I can't really see any good reason except that maybe the admins just particularly like those people.

You didn't think to click those names...?

Those people have submitted information about themselves. They have profiles.

Oh. Well I'm dumb then, because I've clicked them, and seen that, and still did not decipher the MYSTERY.

Anyone can have a bold name in the archive! You just need to customize your artist page...

In fact, one of the news items on the home page has been about that for a long time, and has included this link to the relevant info on the boards:

By the way, I just noticed some totals at the bottoms of some of the archive pages, which are really cool. I saw total fights, total artists, and total entries. Neat, thanks FMs!

I just did mine the other day. It's a nifty feature. Thanks Admin.
