PodCorps.org is an all-volunteer team of audio/video producers who record and publish important spoken-word events anywhere in the world. PodCorps.org is a new project of Conversations Network and just launched this week.
I've done some work with these guys and if you're serious about audio production and hooking up with an amazing organization, I believe this can lead you to much higher levels through the business model they're putting together and the methods they deploy. Truly profession stuff at a high volume.
