No way I'm gonna waste anyone's precious time trying to explain things in detail here, but just so you know, the 'fuck you too' was *not* in response to you calling me, or anything I'd written, silly. It was in response to you asking people for their opinion on a subject, and then, when it's given, telling them that it wasn't worth anyone's time. That struck me as extraordinarily rude. Still does, in fact.

What are you talking about? Generally I'll eat because I'm hungry and at regular times (eating for the sake of it's a wee bit redundant), though it's an added bonus to eat nice tasting food rather than crappy "Cheeseburgers!!", it's also a rather nice experience to cook at home and be proficient in that, rather than going to restaurants all the time (though that's also a pleasurable experience if done in moderation), that way you know what's gone into the food, e.g it might taste nice in a restaurant, but are you really sure it's lamb and not cat, or did the chef add a touch of flem just for that added flavour! you may like it but you may not know why!!
Music is a different kettle (hah hah hah... kettle!!!)... of fish (stop it!), whether it's home made music or professionally produced or something in between, you pretty much know what the ingredients are, so everything is deserving of a chance, even if it is by Phil Collins or Elton (bloody) John! (sorry personal choice has no place here... <smack>.... <ouch>...)
I'll listen to each track in each SongFight!, Nur Ein!, SideFight!, etc.. that I compete in at least three times, which I think is fair, I don't mind giving up (on average) 9 minutes of my time to an artist that doesn't grab my attention first time, heck I'd be really pissed off if I missed a serious gem by dismissing it first time round..... please remember though this is how I do it... see below:
But not everybody's like that, not everybody's got that amount of spare time, so those are the people that need instant results for their instant lifestyles, by that I mean people with busy lives, more challenging jobs (and not stupid postmen like myself). whereby others have more opportunity to encompass the (what we should term...) 'growers'.
So in conclusion, everybody's right!!! yippee!!
Sorry I'm a little bored and have no idea what I've just been typing!
PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!!
