Piece of my heat. Something to do with the plumber coming round to fix the heating as winter is drawing in.

Red Skates is something to do with fish. Red mullet, red herring.

My soundcard is on the blink anyway, so it has to go back to the factory and the turnaround time is three weeks they say. What with xmas coming up I reckon I won't get it back before then.
so . . . when was the last time you backed up?

I can not pass up doing something for Red Skates. It would be almost unethical for me NOT to do something... interestingly (to me anyway), I find that when I am inspired by a title, I'll get ideas for BOTH titles... I either like and feel inspired by both, or none....anyone else get that?

Nice disambiguating use of the inclusive disjuntion.

Partly.

I invariably end up not writing my song for the fight I originally announce my intention to compete in. I am sure there is some deep-rooted psychological flaw in that.

You sir; are a disscombobulating twonkle with a seemingly large verbal diarthrosis.

I shall be attempting a wee ditty this week provided the pugging is finished.

In the last 67 hours I have slept 2 [homework :(] . Or, if it sounds more impressive / dangerous, I've had 5 hours total since Tuesday morning. Now, finally, I can rest. If I don't Rip Van Winkle all my weekend away I'd like to be in a fight this week. I think I've earned it.

His name's Mr Spock. He's an 8 year old papillion, about 15 inches tall, and he sometimes sleeps on the end of my bed. Mr Spock is a combined hot water bottle, alarm clock, and food waste disposal unit.

Except most alarm clocks don't lick you awake at six in the morning.

Yes alright, I get soppy over dogs.

Hey, optional challenge for the next fight: Pet Noises.
