Can you run live effects when recording in Acid 4.0? I want to run a compressor live if I can. Arrgh, I wish I knew this program better. As an aside, is Acid 4 any good?
i use acid 4 for most of my songs. actually, i think all of the songfight songs that i arranged. it's a good multitrack editor even if you're not using loops.
why would you want to have the compressor run live instead of putting it on as an effect later? i don't know if you can do that... don't have the s/w here to try it. you may also be able to use a buss and put an effect on that...
