pigpen: the music's cool, but the vocals lack energy. i just can't get interested in listening to what you're saying. also, mastering this might help.
my favorite here is stateshirt's.

Glad you liked the song! All of the drums are real, except for the hi hats on the quiet/verse-y part. Used 7 mics, some EQ, and a little verb on the snare. Oh yeah, on the quiet part I also doubled the snare with a weird fuzzy percussion sound I made on my old Yamaha DX21.

This better not be someone like TV's Kyle who sends in a crappy song and then gets his buddies to vote for it and pulls out a fluke win.
Stopped announcing my fights when people complained. I think your songs suck too.

My Fellow Americans, and some of you not Americans. Everyone should blog every single week! Who cares about who wins. It's about exposure. There is something crappy though about blogging and asking for votes. Personally, I can ask friends to check out the fight. Most of them will probably vote for me without being asked. I won't ask though. I tell people about songfight all the time. I make people write it on their arm with a sharpie when they're drunk. It's great Fun. I can't wait until someday, there will be a total of 500 votes per fight. Grow songfight, not just your ego.
Thank you, and good night.
P.S. Johnny Cashpoint is really Donald Rumsfeld in disguise.

If that's the song I'm thinking of, I voted for it. It was great.
And so was State Shirt's this week.
