haha
sorry, it was just the way every syllable was on the beat, it seemed uber-regimented. I felt like it need to skip a bit or syncopate slightly.

Yeah, saying my meter had no rhythm seemed a bit odd, when it's deliberately been nailed to the beat (a point stressed by the synth that matches the vocal melody all the way). No biggie.

Liechty has been around. Not sure if this is the same "group" or "person".

Dankins: I get the feeling this isn’t going to do much more than plink and plonk it’s way through till the end. Oh no, I was wrong, thankfully. There are bits in this I want to like, but in the end it’s too lacsadaisical, MIDI-ish and rambly.
hahahaha lacsadaisical, if i heard someone say that in common conversation a pimp-smacking would be in order

Make sure you tell all your friends about how much you rule.
They already know.
jolly roger wrote:I think it's funny how you bashed people and Melvin so badly especially when you had a song like you did. Oh, and by the way, you should vote for good songs.
What does my song, which kicks ass, have to do with me "bashing" Melvin? I didn't know there was a rule that stated you could only criticize someone if your entry was percieved by jolly roger to be better than theirs. Dipshit.

Of course there isn't, but I think there's a pretty broad consensus here inre: your submission.
If you're going to use Fruityloops, learn the FX mixer...please?

ok. "i've been oversleeping since you've been sleeping over" is a great line.

The dipshit is the one who thinks I don't have right to criticize Melvin because his song is better than mine. Which it's not, anyway.
Let's talk about good songs.
Agreed, so back to my song, what did everyone like best? The guitar? The orchestra? The robot voice? Personally, it's all so awesome I can't choose.

The Mortal Kombat bass at the beginning is my favorite.

That part kicks tons of ass. I was just sitting there jamming out on my bass, then I was like, "you know what kicks ass, Mortal Kombat." And I just took it from there.

Yeah, you know, in case I don't do reviews of this fight, that line really jumped out at me and said "BAM!" It's great.
