I believe such a beverage is popular in the UK.
Cept its pronounced as Newky Brown, to the best of my understanding

This seems to be a regular thing, Buckfast wine (ask stueym) is pronounced as buckies, Vodka is often called Voddy and Stella Artios I recall being called wifebeater . Also Castlemaine XXXX or Fosters is refered to as piss.... lol

What annoys me is every time I Google to find out more information about my favourite beer - all I get is pictures of ladies with no clothes on.

Bachelors - University at Buffalo, Computer Science.
Masters - William & Mary, Computer Science.

Then I went on to work and just passed by 10-year anniversary of working at the same place. Phew!

Friends of mine (a couple) are in the Peace Corps now. From what I hear when they can get to a computer, they're loving it.
