"Angular" is a style of music -- You can think of it as the opposite of "flow-y" music. Think "start and stop." Think "loud then soft." It is pointy and sharp and not for everybody. For your homework listen to some Shellac or, from the Songfight Archives, Son of Supercar. Angular done right is good stuff.
OK, that's what angular means. I am an angular guy. Sure, some people call it split personality, but from now on I'm telling them I'm just angular, thanks M.
