To break the tie, each judge's scores for the two bands is divided by the sum of the judge's score for both.
Thus, judge 1's scores for each band is:
band1 = band1/(band1+band2)
band2 = band2/(band1+band2)

...and so on, until the scores are totaled for each band and the tie is broken:
