Hiss Golden Messenger, Virgo Fool - easy listening and sometimes upbeat.
Sun Kil Moon, This is My Dinner - Mark Kozelak one hell of a songwriter. Somehow he makes the mundane interesting and tells engaging yet meandering stories. Most of these songs are loooong.
Bill Ryder-Jones, Yawn - much like the title, this album is hazy and sleepy, but dense and interesting as well.
