Hey I had fun writing songs for last week's two fights. So if anyone is up for wants a set of lyrics, drop me a line.

Weee. And now you have a whole week and a bit to make it not sound like it was squeezed through a rusty pipe.

I am feeling 'Five Nights in Britain'. Is Deepthroat Frankie Big Face's brother-in-law, or sumfink?

Happy Birthday for next Saturday.

I wrote 2 songs, 2 very different songs, for the titles this week during my AAD. I dunno which I'll submit. Probably the Five Nights In Britain one.

Well, I am (almost) certainly in for '5 Nights' - tonight I found myself channelling The Kinks - unfortunately Dave Davies not Ray Davies - maybe even Ron Davies - but you take what you can get, I guess.

I look forward to everyone comparing it to Monty f**king Python.

I have an idea for Stone Palace. So I'm almost 65% sure I'll be in this time. :P

Edit: I'm not going to make it. I might still do the song, it just won't be for the fight.

Five nights in britain

Post by chuckstas »

Chuck Chuck Moose is at it again: this week's song has an electric piano, trumpet, and violin goodness, not to mention some funky bass by none other than the Big Face of Frankie himself. Oh, and there's no white boy rapping.

Why would you rap a white boy?

i think its about time for updating the site. on the faqs it says that usually the songs are posted up in about 2 hours. ive never seen it happen in less than 2 days the whole time ive listened to song fight. but oh well. i know im impatient, but the faqs answer has only been making me wish it was really updated in 2 hours.

Actually, this is the second time I've seen this claim. Where? Where in the faq? Can you quote it please. I cannot find this anywhere, but will certainly be willing to fix your anxiety by editing it out.

Mr. Seavers, this site has been around for five years. There have been times when the songs were typically not posted for days, and there have been times when they were posted within hours of the deadline. In the last few years, since JB and I took over, the later has been common than the former. However, it is not always so. Believe it or not, we get complaints either way. C'est la vie.
