I have Night Watch. And while I like it quite a bit, I don't think it manages to live up to the dizzying promise of its trailer. There's an awful lot of exposition to plow through, and my guess is that, having dispensed with all of that, the sequels will be better, much like X2. But it is gorgeous. And I don't even mind that it cribs from every cool-looking movie ever. I like the world they've created, and am eager to see the sequels. B+
