Apparently some spOOns will be doing something with clouds and I believe these clouds will be touching somewhere near to the ground, (God willing!)

Haven't done a SongFight in a while... might be able to do something for Clouds Were Touching The Ground. If I do, it'll be pretty upbeat and bubbly. It's just a matter of writing lyrics I'm happy with, which doesn't happen often...

I'm planning on Clouds Were Touching the Ground. Until then, I'm really enjoying this week's fights. Only found about 3 that were bad in 2 of the fights.

I'm tempted to do Clouds too, but there's already a lot of interest...I hate doing the ones that get all the entries. It doesn't give my songs the chance to shine properly ;)

Putting a good song in a big fight and having it not shine is better than having a less inspired song in a tiny fight, getting all the credit. If clouds is giving you some ideas, just go with it.

Hmmm, I have The Stink on me, and I can't get it off. Although I am out of town for 5 days from friday so I might have to lean on someone to do the vocalising ...

Butterfly Massacre sounds like something I'd do. And thus I will.

I'm sensing emo rap in the near future. :P

Sometimes Iwonder...and I think, what if I werent so good at doing everything, that maybe just for one day I wouldn't be infinitely better than everyone else and I wouldn't have to hurt all your feelings.

I'd offer my services (lyrics not included) if I thought you'd be happy having a tone-deaf vocaliser who does nothing but attract Cure comparisons .

I just squeezed out a Stinker too (it has chords and stucture and stuff  ), now to the lyricmobile!

Well, unfortunately, this time someone has beaten you to it, but I would love to collaborate with you at some point in the next couple of weeks.

So if no one's noticed, I'm trying to experiment with a broad range of musical styles for these fights. Last night I asked my wife what style I should try for this next one, and she said, quite simply, "White Stripes". Um, so I'm going to try to rock this next song. And I haven't rocked in like...forever.

Slight change of plans for the master of Roneing.

I did music for Butterfly Massacre but because my experiment with electric guitar sounds went so well, I decided that rapping wouldn't do it justice. Therefore I've given the music over to Posyden who is going to perform under his alterego, Shadow, and will be turned in as Desctruction Enterprise's 3rd song in SF.

FLVXXVM FLORVM is in for Butterfly Massacre. With helium vocals. You have been warned.

Lyrics posted in the lyrics place.

EDIT: don't let the avatar get your hopes up. There is no wah-wah pedal in the song.

Please! People hate my stuff enough as it is. A friend of mine actually said one of my songs sounded like a gay, yodelling cowboy the other day.
