Help with crowd noise

Post by Caravan Ray »

A mate of mine is having his 40th birthday soon - so to avoid buying a present, I've written a song for him.

I want to have a bit of a crowd-chanting bit in it (sort of like Caravan Ray's "All Tan") - so it will help if I can get a range of voices. If anyone can help me out with about 15 sec of vocals - it will be much appreciated.

Basically - I just want a chant where his named is spelled out:

also, a chant of - "Doctor Nude Oi Oi Oi" may come in handy

(don't ask why he is called "Dr Nude" - it's a very old, very long story involving a boy's night out, a Chinese restaurant and trouser removal....)

The template for what I want is here - please follow this beat/tune:
http://web.aanet.com.au/caravanray/qq.mp3

If anyone can help out - please do. Nothing fancy is needed - just an mp3 file of a voice is all I want - you can use your computers in-built mic if you like.

You can either PM me a link - or if you prefer, email an mp3 straight to me at:
caravan(at)netcall.com.au

Thank you
(Oh - I need this within the next 4 or 5 days - ta)

I'll do it, but what BPM? Otherwise they're all gonna be out of sync

Sadly, since Mogosagatai was the only person to help me out on this project - I couldn't get the crowd noise thing going I wanted - But still, the extra vocals came in handy and I'm quite pleased with how this came out.

If anyone is interested - the final product is here:

It is pretty daggy, and full of 'in' jokes - but I am very pleased with the production of it. It went down very well at the 40th birthday party.
