That's brutal. I have the carpal tunnel as well, but not nearly as bad. It got me when I was working as a corn picker, and I couldn't even hold a spoon to eat cereal. I quit the job, and now I just have to watch the mountain biking. I hear there's a surgical procedure for it, but, well, it's surgery. I feel your pain.
