Hmm. It's dying people. C'MON!!!

Seeing as no one has started a May 28th yet, I see it is placed upon me to ask the question of the day.

heh. heh.

Here goes:

You must wish the following (one each) for three people: health, wealth and death.

Who do you pick, and why?

OK, tough guy. I ordinarily don't wish death on anyone, seriously, but there are no good reasons to keep Dick Chaney alive. Live, vile, evil.

Wishing health is kind of easy, especially in a broad sense. Any sick kid with cancer watching his future slide away, some of these soldiers coming home from war with body parts missing, mentally fractured. Glad to say that I can't think of anyone I know immediatley that is in a need of wish health. (Knocking on wood. OW! My head!)

The wealth part is difficult after you take yourself out. IF you take yourself out. I want to say give it to the farm workers or some African nation with responsible leaders. Teachers instead of pro athletes. But specifically? Hmmm. I will be a good boy and say my mom so she can quit work and travel. Plus maybe she'll gimme somthing back when she decides to travel 'one way' some day. Hee-hee.

Today was Nur Ein mix-down day. Now I must go do things to the lawn. Poor, poor lawn! :(

I wish all three on myself, in that order.

NEWSFLASH: I just ate the most kickass jalapeno cream cheese and turkey sandwich on wheat EVER.

Eh. He had it easy going up against a professional loser. Good answer, though.

Ok, well, yesterday was some kind of strange unofficial Day of the Pasta. I turned up at work, same as normal, and Frank offered to cook some pasta for lunch. So he made a tomato and chicken spirali pasta. It was awesome.

Then, when I got home from work, Legs and I went out to Spargo's for their two for one pasta night (we had already decided to do this. I didn't foist all the pasta upon myself totally). That was good too.

And tonight Legs' father is coming around for dinner and we are having... pasta and meatballs. It never rains, but it pours.

I finished my illustration of PP Bradshaw yesterday, and it goes off for approval today. Many people will stare intently at it, rubbing their chins and clicking their tounges in disapproval. I think it should be ok, though. Bradshaw doesn't look so much like Dexter anymore, which is good. He looks more like a peanut now.

Lastly, I am very excited to hear Tex's Nur Ein entry. I hope I haven't ruined his song!

That question of the day is too hard for a holiday (well in the US anyway) weekend. That must also be why this thread is so dead today. It will pick up more tomorrow, I hope.

Last night we made pillows for our couch from an extra curtain panel, so they match the curtains exactly. We didn't do much today. Phil worked on Nur Ein, I tried to keep the kids busy, Allison was cute as ever, Spencer did a lot of back talking and was an over all grump.... just kind of a chaotic day. It's almost time for Spencer to go to bed. Can't wait (I know that's horrible for me to say, but he wasn't very fun to be around today).

I'll be back tomorrow. See ya then.

Today I'm a Massachusetts state chess champion! Well, technically, IM David Vigorino is the champ but they also gave me a trophy for winning the third division (U1750). I bet this will help me pick up chicks! The prize money was minimal and is all earmarked for beer and cigarettes.

Coincidentally, I hate you all slightly less than usual at the moment.

First up, thanks to everyone for the positive vibes.

It's been a pretty decent day today. First time barbecuing at the new house. And other than the neighbor's snotnosed kid being a pain in the ass, the experience was very good and my wife continues to be a kick ass cook. I also did some painting. I painted two Septemberian action figures, one that I love so far and one I can't stand. I also helped do a good deed as the family found a lost dog and reunited it with its owner. All that and episode #2 of The Other Night I Dreamt of Knives. Good Times.

For the curious, if you wanna hear The Other Night I Dreamt Of Knives, you can take a listen at: http://www.newzeromusic.com/knives/knives5-28-07.mp3

What an excellent idea! Cooking and eating the buttocks of fat children. A simple and elegant solution not only to rampant chilhood obesity, but also unsustainable farming practices. Congratulations Mrs Niveous - I see a restaurant chain emerging from this. Fat, spotty teenagers will not only provide the underpaid workforce, but the product as well! They lose weight, swathes of South American rainforest are spared clearance and we all get to enjoy yummy, high protein burgers which taste a bit like pork (err...so I told). It's win-win-win all around. Mmmmmm.

I have a friend who needs alot of help with mental health. So I wish that on her. Of course, if for some reason she can't have that wish, I wish that she has wealth in order to get quality professional help. But, if for some reason she can't have either two of those wishes, then finally I wish for her that she meet a very peaceful death in her sleep because she is miserable in life.

Yesterday and today I listened to both of these at work. Good stuff. I have reached the conclusion that you listen to a lot more music with screaming in, but very much of the podcasts are great. I should make such a thing sometime.
