I'm gonna be gone most of this week and weekend, so I'm gonna have to take a break for this one. Great start for me, I know:--Horrible quality and overall job on my first song, then skipping my second.

I have "an" idea for this one. Probably not as awesome as Bjam's but it doesn't play to what one might expect from that title ... so it probably won't go over well. But then again, I still struggle to accomplish anything in 7 days so I'll probably miss the deadline ... again. If I do get something done ... it will only be my second entry.

Apparently there is already a song out there with the obvious topic.
Plus a backstreet boys song

Well, Friday came and went and i.p. was convinced we couldn't make this week's deadline. We were shot on ideas, trying to record an album with our alter-ego-ish band, Sharkfighter, and lost in summer...
however, on Saturday, a shower happened. One of those showers where you spend 30 minutes standing there, doing nothing, but after that time you realize that you have just had an amazing thought.
However, my thought wasn't really "amazing," it was just a "cool idea."
And thus, "That's What She Said" was born. Sharkfighter took a break on Saturday, and i.p. recorded with the help of Lizzy Hubin (vocals) and Joe Wheeler (doo-wops/guitar).
I'm happy we got a song in this week, and a legit song at that. If Sunday had come, I may have resorted to a sleazy, midi hip-hop track. That would have been awful.

i.p. is: James Bean, Lex Butera-Smith and Ivan Becker-Wayman (and some friends now and then).
i.p. on the forums is Lex Butera-Smith
