Ebay

I just tried buying a wii on ebay, and it was so stressful - everybody who was bidding against me seemed to be lightning fast - I almost got one, but in the last second I was outbid by 27 cents. Does anybody have any tips for ebay beginners, or does it just come with time?

Always bid what you are willing to pay.

I'll bet other people were using snipe programs to bid for them at the last minute. You can use them too.

Never mind this request. After writing this message, me and my mom went to HMV to buy a present for my brother for his B-Day. While we were there, I made the joking comment - "do you guys have any wiis?" since I was still a bit broken up about the ebay incident. The guy looks at me funny and is like - 'yeah. we got 5 in this morning. we already sold 2'. Needless to say, I own a wii now, and it is lots of fun. Especially super paper mario.

ebay is the equivalent of doing business in the Star Wars bar. A bunch of nerdy gangster aliens.
