Haha. As a mostly fully recovered former prog rocker, I was going to suggest the "select and delete" approach, but yours was more clever and succinct.Caravan Ray wrote:From my knowledge of prog rock - I've always found that it is best mixed by turning all the knobs all the way to the left.

Seriously though Derek, there will be a whole bunch of people, mostly from Canada (the kingdom of prog rock!), who will arrive shortly to give you advice. In the meantime, you can practice switching from 7/8 to 6/8 while you wait.
Is Tony Bank a real person - or is that rhyming slang?roymond wrote:is young enough to be Tony Bank's grandson... and damn good.Billy's Little Trip wrote:Our resident prog rocker, Jolly Roger...
I was going to say the same thing. 1 post + smileys + links = subtle guerrilla spam.starfinger wrote:something's awfully fishy about this derek guy.
Ah, I didn't put two and two together. I'm so naive. 8)The Sober Irishman wrote:I was going to say the same thing. 1 post + smileys + links = subtle guerrilla spam.starfinger wrote:something's awfully fishy about this derek guy.
My advice: throw away that f'ing yamaha board and stupid behringer amp.
Rush was my favorite band for many many years. I was a Geddy Lee sound-alike for most of my high school years and I could play Red Barchetta in my sleep. But we all must grow up eventually, usually upon realizing that Neal Peart's lyrics really aren't that great.Caravan Ray wrote:frankie big face wrote:Haha. I better remedey that by saying:
I love Canadian prog-rock - I think Rush are a far better band that The Rolling Stones, The Clash and The Pixies put together.
My God, I feel so dirty....
