Greetings. How about a cheese-tastic question from the Stink?
QOTD - What's your best physical feature?
I would have to say my nose, but it's not as sleek as it once was. Many years ago, someone said to me: "My, you have a Hollywood nose!" Well, I'd parade around saying "I have a Hollywood nose - look at it, it's wonderful!" All until someone said "Yeah, so didn't Jimmy Durante!" S'all I got, though. The rest of me belongs in the dumper.

Bringin' the stink since 2006.

Over the last week or so my arms have been getting really bad again (they never got better, just "a bit better"). I don't know if it is all due to one thing (being more songwriting/guitar playing, more typing at home, more stress at work, etc) or all of those things. It's very frustrating, but at least it is only two weeks until my 3 week vacation on which I should do zero guitar playing or typing (or work in general).
Oh great, my boss just called and eBay's Turbo Lister made a big mistake and now 143 of our auctions have the exact same gallery image. LAME! So now, it's off to an early day at work....it will be long too.

me too. The strippers always go crazy over it. I mean, they'll stop what they're doing and ask me about it inquisitively. My only answer; conditioning shampoo.HeuristicsInc wrote:the ladies compliment me on my hair...

I imagine thats my best feature. I have no butt... my gut is becoming even harder to control...I'm a slice of pizza away from an A-cup. I'm so white that on a blinding summer day you can see right through me. While I can't say anything derogatory about the shape of my legs and arms...they aren't anything to speak of and my knees are all knobby and what not. I have small hands... I imagine the best celebrity to play me in any movie would be Steve Buscemi. I used to get Corey Feldman, then it turned into Kid Rock, but now it's gotta be Steve Buscemi.
Another busy day in the world of VOIP...seems this technology is very problematic...who knew using a combination of internet, PC, and power in phone technology could be so troubling.

I have nice eyes.
Pretty much everything on me is too worn out to win any prizes, although I guess it's noteworthy that I'm one of the few people my age who hasn't screwed up their back yet.
Also, the last time I had my hearing checked, I still have above average in the 8k+ range. The actual ears themselves, though, are not well aligned with each other, so that probably doesn't count. I think the Mrs. needs to get her hearing checked, she keeps turning up the TV really loud. Although even that could just be to cover my snoring...

Really strange, but my feet, lol. Every girl I've been with have always liked them and say that I have sexy feet. If it was just once or twice, I'd just write it off, but every girl I've ever been with including my wife say the same thing. One freaky chick I went out with REALLY loved them, if you know what I mean. But she also liked me to pee on her,
but that's another story, LOL.
My hair too, but I just recently shaved my head, but for a good cause. It's kind of nice having a crew cut. It makes me look tough. Check it out.

Workin'. The wife and kids are out of town 'til Saturday, visiting family in Massachusetts. I'll likely take advantage of the 'free time' by doing some recording.
QotD: My best physical feature? Man, my favorite used to be my mohawk. I had a pretty pronounced widow's peak, so the mohawk was a natural choice, nature having done almost half the work. But then the widow's peak sort of met in the middle, leaving a patch in front that turned my mohawk into a big exclamation point atop my head. That was the end of that.

Somehow BLT doesn't look too different from how I imagined him. Go figure.
drc: Trying to get some work done, but continually getting distracted by dumb things like posting on songfight. Ordered today's Musiciansfriend SDotD. Um. The new iPods are nice-ish but I'm actually more interested in the iPod Classic than the iPod Touch. Or maybe the iPhone now that it's affordable and unlock solutions are starting to appear, but probably not.
qotd: I'm ugly all over. I'd say my best feature is probably my imagination, but even then that's kind of crappy.

The WiFi is awesome. But of course they don't allow streaming music or downloading MP3s. How long until a hack?fluffy wrote:The new iPods are nice-ish but I'm actually more interested in the iPod Classic than the iPod Touch. The main thing I'd want from the iPod Touch is a VoIP client. Cellphones are so last century. Of course there's no mic or speaker on the Touch so that kind of gets in the way without hardware hacking or a dock-connector headset or something. (Also it's a bit annoying that they didn't put email or gmaps on the Touch, but that'll probably show up via a hack in like two days.)

QotD: Back in my 20's my best physical feature was my butt! I was told so by lots of guys and a few girls too. I was a projectionist / assistant manager at a movie theater and the job required me to run up and down numerous flights of stairs many times a day. Those days are certainly no more. I would say that my nose is very unique and a nice part of my face. My eyes are nice too... but my best physical feature these days is my very expressive face. My facial expressions speak volumes.
Today I returned some stuff at the mall and then went a little spend crazy at Super Target. Now I must pack.

lots of schoolwork, lots of time at the radio station. i have a second interview to be the small concerts chair, in charge of booking bands that maybe haven't cracked the billboard 200 yet. going to seattle this weekend for rilo kiley, bright eyes next weekend, built to spill the weekend after that.
is a voice a physical feature? My voice is pretty killer for radio. I have a love/hate relationship with it, though. I have huge hands, which are soft because I hide whenever manual labor comes up. so. there's that.

Today was the first day of school. A senior! Crazy. I was a freshman when I was first on Songfight. Oh how times fly. It was generally okay, and most of my classes are okay. I have serious senioritis though; I'm very much ready for getting on to college. I've also changed from an alto 2 to a soprano 2 in singing. Apparently my range has completely expanded over the summer. Definitely a good thing.
QOTD: I don't know. I guess I should say my beautiful pretty teeth since I just paid God knows what and spent 2 years working on them

3 months ago that would have meant nothing to me - but I sort of actually know what that means now! I have just discovered I am a bass 2. I have been rehearsing for HMS Pinafore for just over 2 months and I'm even starting to understand how to read music a little bit! Musical theatre is fun!Bjam wrote: I've also changed from an alto 2 to a soprano 2 in singing.
And guess what - acting isn't just standing aound saying stuff. You have to do stuff too! It is harder than I thought it would be. And I don't actually have much to do
