God, this sucks. My team is buried in the standings and we haven't had a winning season in 15 years. My organization doesn't know what the hell it's doing. They just axed the GM and they'll probably replace him with someone just as incompetent. We just traded away a young, speedy outfielder for some over-the-hill hack pitcher with a fat contract. We play in this great park that no one comes to because we suck so bad. Why the hell couldn't I have been drafted by the Yankees?

The movers are finally delivering my stuff. Only a day later than the estimated arrival, which was in turn about four days later than I'd originally scheduled them for.

Also, "talk like a pirate day" is fucking retarded, and has ruined casual pirate-speak forever, since whenever I do pirate-speak like I've always done, people are all either "dude that was a month ago" or "getting ready for TlaPD?" and then I have to hit them very hard. But I can't because I'm weak and girly.

Also it seems that movers always have something to complain about. If there's no elevator they complain about that. If there's an elevator they complain about the long hallway between the elevator and my door. If I'm whipping them too hard with the cat-o-nine tails, they call in a strike. YOU CAN'T WIN.
