I was into all that German electronic stuff back in the day, and he wrote/created some tremendous pieces. Thought he was already gone, actually. Huh.

I had a professor in college (now retired) that studied with him. Said he used to sit in the back and read the paper while students played their pieces. If you he really liked you, he might look up from the top of the paper for a moment or two.
