news
man, it's been a long and lonely recording day for me today, did a bunch of stuff for something johnny cashpoint is working on for the purple reign project, but also trying to make a dent into my GoM commitment. and my ribs still hurt like shit.

weather
in short, it sucks. cold and raining. you folks back east get ready, it's gonna be nasty in a couple days.

sports
patriots and giants on TV. even though i'm a born in new hampshire kind of guy, i'm pulling for the giants over the massholes. ;)

QOTD: Biceps and pecs. Our family got Mario & Sonic at the olympic games for Christmas, and some of those events hurt a lot. I should work out more.
