The films of Takashi Miike
Anyone here into the films of amazingly prolific and strange director Takashi Miike? (some films he has directed: Audition, Fudoh: The New Generation, Ichi the Killer, Visitor Q, the Dead or Alive trilogy, Gozu, the Black Society Trilogy, Full Metal Yakuza, etc.) If so, what is your favorite of his works, and why?

I love LOVE his shit. Too bad for me (and Glenn) that we live in such a bumblescum backwoods town with no "cool" video places. Blockbuster is about it...
I have a question about Ichi The Killer, though. I watched it at someone's house and I only saw the first hour...does it get better? Because the first hour was BORING compared to Dead Or Alive (but that ending in Dead or Alive...wtf?!?!). But everyone jocks on Ichi, and the only way for me to see it would be to order it and buy it without seeing it.
