I started the pumpkin and apple pies at 7am. The mango cranberry jello relish was made last night and the banana cream is in the fridge. Now doing all the sides so the turkey is the last thing to go in the oven. Then when the turkey comes out and cools, all the hot sides go back in the oven at 250 to warm back up. At that time I make the gravy. Now that, my friends, is how it's done, yo.
