4/3/13- Chorus

Complain about your schedule. Apparently people like that sort of thing.

4/3/13- Chorus

Post by Niveous »

Happy Tweed Day. Whenever you're all about the fabric or the political corruption, enjoy.

Yesterday, I was listening to my jukebox when "Red Light Surgery" by Zinkline came on. It's one of the songs that I wrote along side the gents (and lady) of the Berkeley Social Scene for our album about board games (it's Operation inspired). In listening, I said to myself "Not the best verse lyrics I have ever written...but that's a damn good chorus."

so, my question for today is:
QotD: What are some of your favorite choruses that you have written?
"I'd like to see 1984 redubbed with this in the soundtrack."- Furrypedro.

My fave might be a non SF! song called "Pocket Full Of Glee" that I wrote in the mid 90s.

I found a pocket full of glee - waiting there for me
You must have slipped some joy in, when I was not looking
Cuz now I have a pocket full of glee

It's catchier in person, I swear!
Bringin' the stink since 2006.
