If I recall correctly what I heard from glennny, Melvin's bandmate in The Worldly Self Assurance, is that Melvin stopped doing music to focus on his company. He has his own successful finance/investment related company out of Toronto. But maybe glennny will chime in with first hand info instead of my second hand info. :)

I still correspond with Mel.
You should expect a Melvin trading card. You should also expect a WSA trading card.
Nur Ein 7 was the last Song Fight stuff he did I believe. The songs Cassettes and Cold Comfort have some great Melvin moments.
I'm with you, I wish Melvin was active again.
(let's see if I can get him to sing for me soon)
Phillipso, Older Brothers, Semolina Pilchards, Zipline , Thank Glennny for the Frisbee, The Odoriferous Valley, The Worldly Self Assurance, Berkeley Social Scene, Very Gentle Knives, Daddy Bop Swing Set, GUNS, The Kraken Lives, Cavedwellers

More Melvin is always good for me.
From spoken word to actual singing, I can screw up any style with style. :D
