I am still much more used to making ambient soundscapes than traditional songs, but it's fun to learn by doing (or failing to do) and by listening to the good jobs others do.

I'm nearly done with mine. The song I put on the tracks is not nearly as much fun as the song I hear in my head, but it's a new experience to compose for a singing voice, and to sing. I figure I can only improve, as getting worse is unlikely.

I completely mangled that metaphor, practically to the point of malaprop.

The gold was alloyed with lesser metals would have been better, but still a bit clunky.
