Where's the love for the international friends? I don't think I can afford two years on the trot but I thought I'd still wade in with a remark.

And we could have real fighting worldwide (even to the death). So the hardcore testosterone dudes can kill each other for entertainment... just like in Roman times. A pretty good description of rugby union. Its one of the few sports where countries with tiny populations can trounce the big ones e.g...

Enough about protein, there's a world cup on!!! Admittedly USA and Canada aren't exactly world beaters in rugby but still, you gotta get excited. I heartily suggest watching a game, its like "football" but better.

At last I'm home! People are driving on the left, they're pronouncing monty python correctly, everything is right with the world again.
As it turned out most of the photos I took were pretty awful but I have posted a few on my Facebook page. Search for Michael Sheail and you'll find it.

Had a great time last week and it looks like there's a couple of pictures of me rocking out home counties style so thats good. Its also been educational having learnt that everyone in america drinks cold tea and eats cake but calls it corn bread. All very confusing. P.S. Charleston is hotter than th...

Very nice, very nice indeed. I should point out that having my own set appeals to me about as much as a violent rectal probing, or having to watch a Spurs game. Sir Frankie of Big Face was kind enough to let me join him for a bit of g 'n' g 'n' g 'n' g type action. I'll be there the whole of Thursda...

Musicals are hideous and make me want to stick pins in my eyes. The best play I saw was the original west end version of Closer, miles better than the film they did. So yes, theatre is good (note correct spelling!).

I'm probably going to go to see the Braves/Giants on Wednesday night and I think I'm going to buy tickets in advance if anyone is interested in joining me. I would dearly love to see some kind of sporting event on wed night, even though i have no idea who those teams are. Just the thing to wipe out...

I'd like to see the Big Brother house containing Blue, the Scottish band Blue from the 70's and the boy band Blue from the 90's. I'd also throw in Johnny Cashpoint to add some sexual tension.

The long fingernails on my right hand should be making their way to Atlanta, unless homeland security deem them to be an offensive weapon and make me cut them off, forcing me to use one of those silly plastic pick thingies. Hopefully it won't come to that.
